I’ve spent my career in roofing and exterior work, both on roofs with homeowners and behind the scenes in operations, building teams, solving problems, and making things run the way they should. I’ve helped lead teams across more than 1,000 roofing projects, and along the way I’ve learned that while systems matter, people matter more.

I’ve been part of growing companies, putting structure in place where there wasn’t any, and helping teams execute at a higher level. I’ve also run my own service business, so I know what it feels like when everything falls on you. That tends to sharpen your focus real quick. You learn to care about the details, move with purpose, and own the outcome.

At 8:12, I’m focused on building strong systems, setting clear expectations, and helping our team perform at a high level. When we do that right, homeowners get clear communication, clean job sites, and a project that gets done the way it should the first time. No confusion. No unnecessary headaches. Just solid work and a team that shows up the way they’re supposed to.

I’m a veteran, so it's likely no surprise that I believe in discipline, accountability, and doing what you said you were going to do. That mindset carries over into everything we do here.

I’m supported by a loving and beautiful wife, and family is a big deal to me. Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can outdoors or with my dogs. Yes, plural. It’s a little chaotic, but in a good way. They keep life interesting and do a pretty solid job reminding me who’s actually in charge at home.
